Try Before You Buy

Zenzu is a company based 100% online but we understand that customers sometimes like to view furniture before making a purchase or need the security of a full returns policy if they decide to buy before seeing furniture in person. That is why we make the following services available to all of our customers:

Free Home Visit Viewings (includes evenings and weekends)

Whether it be to judge the aesthetic of colour finishing or to get a feel for the quality of a piece before you purchase, one of our designers will make a visit so that you can view our furniture in the context of your own home.

The service is limited to smaller units but the designer will help you to measure dimensions for other pieces and would also be happy to discuss made to measure alternatives as appropriate.

We understand the busy life that most of our customers lead and can arrange visits in the evening time or at weekends. Please contact the Zenzu office to arrange a visit: 01297 444496.

Free Colour Samples

We can also post colour samples to you for you to review at leisure. Select any of the colour finishes that you see througout the Zenzu online collection and contact us to request free samples. Call 01297 444496 or e-mail: sales@zenu.co.uk and state the colour(s) you require.

Buy, Try and Return

All customers have the assurance of making a full purchase safe in the knowledge that Zenzu offers a full returns policy. If you decide that the furniture you buy does not quite fit the colour scheme of a room when it arrives then you can call the Zenzu office and ask for a full refund. We will refund in full the cost of the product, the cost of delivery and will not charge you for collection. We do however ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your furniture and make sure that the piece is collected from you without any damage.
