Delivery Timescales for Standard Items
When browsing the Zenzu collection you will see a delivery timescale for each piece of furniture. Most of our standard pieces will be in your home within 2 weeks of order placement, whereas some items in the collection are made to order and have an approximately 20 week lead time direct from our workshops in China. If standard items are out of stock we try to keep the website as up to date as possible with expected delivery times.
Delivery Timescales for Made to Measure Items
The lead time for made to measure pieces from our workshop in China is usually 20 weeks from order placement, although this can differ dependent on the time of the year (for example, events such as Chinese New Year can affect delivery timescales). We will always let you know when making an enquiry how long you can expect to wait.
Standard Delivery Service
We pride our ourselves on the surface finishing of our products and to ensure safe transit we use a specialist consignment delivery company. A one man delivery service is provided as standard and the driver will provide you with assistance in taking furniture into your home. If you think you will be unable to assist the driver in getting larger items into your home you can request a 2 person delivery service at additional cost. The standard service excludes delivery outside Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, but evening and weekend delivery can be requested at additional cost. Please do be aware that responsibility for goods passes to the customer after they are unloaded from a delivery vehicle. As a courtesy service the driver will assist you in getting items into your home but this is at your own risk so please do take adequate precautions to avoid any damages to both your furniture and any household fixtures and fittings.
Delivery Costs
When browsing the Zenzu collection you will see that each product has a delivery cost which has been allocated by our specialist courier partner.
These prices are based on a standard delivery service to a UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scotland and Cornwall). The maximum cost for multiple item orders is £150.
Delivery to Scotland, Cornwall, N.Ireland & Eire.
For long distance destinations such as Scotland and Cornwall we often have to wait until our delivery partner is making a run to your specific region. We will try to inform you as soon as possible if a long wait time can be expected.
For long distance and overseas destinations such as Cornwall, Scotland, Europe, Eire, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight there may be a delivery surcharge that needs to be applied - please call us for a customised quotation (01297 44 44 96).
