Delivery Timescales for Standard Items
When browsing the Zenzu collection you will see a delivery timescale for each piece of furniture. Most of our standard pieces will be in your home within 2 weeks of order placement, whereas some items in the collection are made to order and have a 12 week lead time direct from our workshops in China. If standard items are out of stock we try to keep the website as up to date as possible with expected delivery times.
Delivery Timescales for Made to Measure Items
The lead time for made to measure pieces from our workshop in China is usually 12 weeks from order placement, although this can differ dependent on the time of the year (for example, events such as Chinese New Year can affect delivery timescales). We will always let you know when making an enquiry how long you can expect to wait.
Standard Delivery Service
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products as well as the quality of delivery to our customers. To ensure safe transit we use a specialist furniture delivery company. Each delivery crew consists of 2 persons who are fully uniformed, polite, trained in customer service, and also in the handling and delivery of all types of furniture. They will bring the furniture to the room of your choice, unwrap it, place it, and then take all packaging with them for recycling.
Delivery Costs
When browsing the Zenzu collection you will see that each product has a delivery cost which has been allocated by our specialist courier partner.
These prices are based on a standard delivery service to a UK address (Excluding Islands and Highlands). The maximum cost for multiple item orders is £180.
Delivery to Islands and Highlands
For these destinations there will be a delivery surcharge, please call us for a customised quotation (0845 319 4819).
Delivery to Scotland, N.Ireland & Eire
For long distance destinations such as Scotland we often have to wait until our delivery partner is making a run to your specific region. We will inform you as soon as possible after order placement if an undue wait time can be expected.
For overseas destinations such as France, Eire, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight there is a delivery surcharge - please call us for a customised quotation (0845 319 4819).
